Recruitment Process


From the initial phone conversation through the acceptance of your offer, the PSRi team will work closely with you to manage the interview and hiring process. First, our recruiters will work with you to establish a clear picture of the requirements, challenges and selling information on the position and company. Based on this information, we immediately work to locate qualified candidates for you to review, interview and hire. Following is a brief summary of how we produce results.

  • Over the past 15 years, our research and recruiting teams have developed a database of over 8,000+ Software, Engineering and IT Professionals located throughout CA. These candidates' skills, strengths and professional goals have been evaluated and documented. Through an ongoing newsletter program, we stay in touch so that when an opportunity arises that fits their needs, the relationship and a level of trust has already been established. We quickly reach out and talk with all of the potential candidates in our database for your needs.
  • At the same time, we will begin an active recruitment effort. Through our internal research department, we have access to thousands of potential candidates who may be interested in the type of opportunity your company is offering. We proactively recruit for our clients using social networking sites, career sites and advanced Internet searching techniques to rapidly uncover active and passive candidates for your needs. Several of our researchers are AIRS certified, using the most advanced search techniques available today.
  • You will be informed of only the best possible candidates for your positions. We will discuss their backgrounds with you, email their resumes for your review and get interviews arranged as soon as possible. Timing can make all the difference in the world when it comes to hiring good candidates.
  • We will handle scheduling, follow-ups and negotiations on your behalf, as well as provide you with detailed reference information on our candidates. We will work through all the details with you until an offer is accepted and candidate starts. Even then, we will follow up to ensure all is working out for you and your new employee. We go "the extra mile" to make sure that a good fit exists between both parties.
