Overview of Our Process ......
Our Technical Recruiters will work with you to establish
a clear picture of the position requirements. Based on this
information, we will work to locate qualified candidates for
you to hire. Following is a brief summary of how we produce
results.
- We currently maintain a database of over 4,000 Software
and IT Professionals throughout Southern CA. These candidates'
skills, strengths and professional goals have been evaluated
and documented. We will utilize this information to the
fullest to locate candidates immediately for your positions.
- At the same time, we will begin an active recruitment
effort. Through our internal research department, we have
access to thousands of potential candidates who may be interested
in the type of opportunity your company is offering. We
proactively recruit for our clients.
- You will be informed of only the best possible candidates
for your positions. We will fax or email their resumes for
your review and get interviews arranged as soon as possible.
Timing can make all the difference in the world when it
comes to hiring good candidates.
- We will handle scheduling and negotiation on your behalf,
as well as provide you with detailed reference information
on our candidates. We will work through all the details
with you until an offer is accepted and candidate starts.
Even then, we will follow up to ensure all is working out
for you and your new employee. We go "the extra mile"
to make sure that a good fit exists between both parties.
